Everyone has a story; where they came from, what they've been through. Every moment since your first breath has gotten you here. So, welcome. But not everyone has the photographs to help them relive their story. That's me and my Grandma. She was born in England and lived through World War II as a child. She married a sailor from Michigan and came to America in the '60s. She had the cutest little British accent and her cackle would light up the room.

I don't remember this photo being taken, or even that day; I was too young. But I have this photo. It's not my only memory of her, but until I saw this photo it was one that I didn't have.

This is why I do what I do, and what I want for every couple that I take a photo of. The ability to relive and cherish a memory.
